| 北京平安交通协会成立于2011年12月2日，是经北京市社会团体登记管理机关核准登记的非营利性社会团体，是独立的法人单位，是全国首家面向交通行业提供安全服务保障的社团组织。协会在2013、2014年分别取得了交通运输部安全生产标准化道路运输和城市客运两个专业的一级考评机构资质。 协会主要业务范围包括： 一、组织志愿者开展交通安全服务保障； 二、聚集国内城市客运行业专家，开展地面公交、轨道交通行业安全生产安全技术服务； 三、安全生产宣传教育培训； 四、安全生产调查研究； 五、安全生产标准化咨询服务； 六、安全生产科技、管理服务； 七、组织出版安全生产方面的刊物、资料、书籍，发布安全生产信息等，为行业安全生产提供服务； 八、配合政府有关部门参与交通行业安全生产、应急管理及综治稳定工作相关政策、标准的研究制定。 Beijing Security Transport Association (BSTA), which was founded on the 2nd of December of 2011, is a non-profit social organization with legal-person qualification approved and registered by the Social Association Administration Department of Beijing. BSTA is the first social organization which offers security service to the transport industries. BSTA attained the qualification of Grade 1 Appraisal Organization for Work Safety Standardization of Road Transport and Urban Passengers Transport separately in 2013 and 2014 from the Ministry of Transport of People’s Republic of China. The scope of service includes but is not limited to the following areas: l To organize volunteers for security service to transport industries. l To organize urban passenger transport experts to offer technical services for work safety of bus transport and rail transport industry. l To organize publicity and training for work safety. l To organize investigation and research for work safety. l To offer consultation service for work safety standardization. l To offer technology and management service for work safety. l To organize the publishment of periodicals, magazines and books about work safety, distribute information of work safety and provide service to transport industry. l To cooperate with related government departments for policymaking and standardization for work safety of transport industry, emergency management and comprehensive management of public security and the maintenance of stability. |
